ACCOMMODATION DETAILS.

The country style kitchen/diner has a brick tile floor likely originating from Queen Victoria's own brickyard which was situated at Whippingham,
it is well equipped with washing machine,dish-washer, fridge,freezer,electric cooker and microwave.
There is ample crockery and utensils etc for five persons. dining table and chairs.

The fully carpeted spacious sitting room is duel aspect and is furnished with a three seater sofa, two arm chairs and occasional coffee tables.
T.V. DVD, and Radio/CD player.
French doors leading to patio and garden.

Downstairs Cloakroom, with W.C. and hand wash basin.

Upstairs Bathroom, with bath, W.C. and basin.

Bedroom One, with four poster double bed, en-suite with shower, W.C. and basin.

Bedroom Two, with two single beds, and extra pull-out single bed.

High chair & cot available free of charge.

The furnishings, carpets, decorations and appointments are of excellent quality, and meet safety standards.

The cottage is centrally heated throughout, and all fuel and electricity is included in the rent, as is all linen, towels etc, excluding beach towels.
